Playoff Beard - S/T 7". Playoff Beard is celebrating its sixth year of playing poppy punk with the band’s third release and first ever 7” record. Born in a basement, and raised on a steady diet of beer and broken guitar strings, Playoff Beard has evolved from a politically minded punk band under the influence of 90’s era East Bay aggression and gruff Midwestern pop punk into a more mature and positive sounding group who has moved past those influences and into a sound of their own.
